The White House announced on Friday evening that it will not participate in the second hearing on the investigation to hold President Donald Trump accountable in preparation for his removal, and that the US House of Representatives Judicial Committee will hold it next Monday. The White House response came minutes before the deadline for announcing whether it intended to send representatives of it to the Judicial Committee to defend Trump.

"As you know, your investigation is unfounded," White House attorney Pat Sibolony said in a letter to the chairman of the Judicial Committee of the Democratic House of Representatives Gerold Nadler.

"As you know, these investigations relating to isolation without legal basis, and they also violate basic legal process and justice principles. Nevertheless, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called on the committee to start writing isolation materials without any Evidence".

"And last Thursday, Pelosi formally asked Speaker of the Judicial Committee of the House of Representatives Nadler to begin drafting an indictment against Trump, in preparation for his dismissal," the letter added.

And the White House continued in his speech, saying, "These investigations must end at the present time and the Democrats have wasted enough of America's time in this charade."

He added, "The adoption by the Democrats of the House of Representatives of the isolation will be an attempt to isolate the most unfair and incompatible with the US Constitution."

The US House of Representatives, led by Democrats, is conducting an investigation into allegations of Trump's misuse of his presidential authority by pressuring Ukraine to open an investigation against a political opponent.

The case is rooted in a July 25 phone conversation, during which Trump asked his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelinsky, to take care of Joe Biden, the former Democratic vice-president, who faces Trump in the race to the White House in 2020.

It is suspected that President Trump then linked the issue of disbursing $ 400 million in military aid to Ukraine to receive a Kiev announcement that it would investigate Biden's son, who worked between 2014 and 2019 with the Ukrainian Borisma Gas Group.

Trump rejects the accusations, says it is a coup against him, and vows to avenge Democrats in next year's elections.

The Judicial Committee is working on preparing an indictment, which will be voted on by the entire House of Representatives later this month.

Although Democrats are likely to succeed in securing a majority in the House of Representatives accusing Trump of allegations of abusing his power by pressuring Ukraine to interfere in the 2020 presidential election, he is certain to be acquitted in the Republican-majority Senate.
