The requirements of the SPA before adoption

In order to help people wishing to adopt an animal to make the right choice, which will not lead to abandonment in the following months, the SPA has some requirements: "we ask that all the people who will live with this come to our refuge to choose it, then we try to guide the choice of people, according to their way of life, the surface of their apartment, whether or not they have a garden ", enumerates Jacques- Charles Fombonne.

"A positive adoption process and reflected"

The president of the association calls this "a positive and thoughtful adoption process," as opposed to "rushing to an animal dealer" such as pet shops whose animals come mainly from farms in Europe. 'Is by whole trucks. He recalls: "if we take animals in shelters, the consumerist aspect disappears a little and we return to the logic of an animal released equal two saved animals."

In 2018, the Christmas of the animals of the SPA had allowed more than 500 dogs and cats to find a new home for the holidays of end of the year.
