For the last Friday before the Algerian presidential elections, an exceptional crowd gathered in Algiers on December 6th. Algerians continue to reject massively this election, no longer wanting the "political system" in power since independence in 1962.

The crowd was very important this Friday, December 6 in the streets of Algiers, but above all, she was determined. As each week we see these children, sleeping in the arms of their parents or in strollers, we see people in wheelchairs, elderly, and many young people who go out to protest.

Today, signs said: " No vote ", others asked for a civil status. As for several months, the demonstrators demand the departure of the chief of staff but also the change of political system. The procession sang, for example, that stopping the vote was a national duty, but also that there would be no reverse.

This week, the head of the organizing authority of the elections said on television that pro-voting processions were more important than those who were opposed to it, it is a false statement, and the mobilization this week confirms it .

This does not mean that there will be no Algerians who will vote, but it shows that the authorities will have to do with part of the population who intends to challenge both the poll and its results.
