American Gary Woodland has delighted his compatriot Patrick Reed to lead the Hero World Challenge (PGA), hosted by Tiger Woods, who is third in two strokes at Albany Golf Club in New Providence ( Bahamas), Thursday.

With a score of 68 for a total of -13, Woodland, winner of the last US Open, took advantage of the penalty imposed on Reed for "inappropriate swings" at the 11th hole, earning him a triple bogey. The winner of the 2018 Masters is now relegated to 6th place, three strokes from the new leader.

Woods, after a mediocre first round, recovered by handing a 66 card Thursday before a 67 Friday, a total of -11; which earned him a 3rd place tie with his compatriot Justin Thomas and the Spaniard Jon Rahm.
