- It is at one of the prosecution points that we change. The attempted murder remains. It is the heading of attempted rape that is changed to abuse. We have accepted the district court's view of the evidence that it is not possible to prove that they tried to take the person with them. On the other hand, we believe that it is possible to prove that there was an abuse, says Per Svensson, prosecutor.

The 17-year-old, who was charged with attempted murder and attempted murder, is now charged with attempted murder and assault. The other two are charged with assault.
