The wind turbine on Hästkullen in Viksjö has been stationary for several months. Partly because of environmental violations and partly because of a dispute between Nordex and Active Works.
"We have had enough of the multinational energy giant's unethical business practices," Active Works writes in a press release.
They continue to write that they suspect that Nordex Sverige AB is in default because they have not paid Active Works claims for several months.
"The rumor that we are insolvent is taken out of the air," says Timothy Carpenter, CEO Nordex.
