The weather will often be gray Thursday but calm on the whole country, according to forecasts of Météo-France Wednesday. Precipitation, snowy beyond 1,500 meters will still be present at dawn on the Eastern Pyrenees and Corsica. These rains will shift towards the south and will end on Roussillon at midday. On the other hand the rains will continue on the Island of Beauty taking locally a stormy character the afternoon. On the sidelines of this rainy episode, the sky will be veiled from clouds of altitude of the Pyrenees to the departments bordering the Mediterranean.
Further north, from New Aquitaine, to Occitania, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, the eastern borders, pockets of low clouds, mists or mists will dissipate during the morning and give way to a weather quite sunny before the return of moisture in the evening. Everywhere else, the grisaille will dominate, with rare clearings in the middle of the day. Freezing fog will probably be present in the early morning of the center to the northeast.
Wind on Corsica and Var coast
