"We need to be creative in order to find ways to maintain the quality of our business even under new economic conditions," says Lena Språng, chairman of the Culture and Leisure Committee, in a press release.

Permanent employees may continue to work

In December, the committee decides whether the proposal should be investigated. Whether the operation is to be outsourced to an external supplier or not will not be decided until spring 2020.
