Separately, Beh said that several missing during the fire called relatives and said goodbye that they were suffocating in smoke.
The fire occurred on December 4. As a result of the accident, according to the latest data, one person was killed, 29 people were injured and another 13 people were lost.
In connection with the state of emergency, December 5 and 6 were declared days of mourning in Odessa. A criminal case has been opened on violation of fire safety requirements.
