The woman is being prosecuted at Uppsala District Court for a series of acts that should have taken place in the couple's home between autumn 2018 and this spring.
Among other things, she must have hit the man several times in the face, pinched him and twisted his arm. According to the indictment, the woman should also have awakened the man in the middle of the night by shouting at him in a "ruthless" way.
Among the evidence are photographs of the man's injuries.
The woman refuses a crime.
