One man is sentenced to 2.6 years in prison and the other is sentenced to one year in prison, according to the verdict that came from Varberg District Court on Wednesday.

The reason is that the police previously revealed a large-scale cannabis cultivation in a warehouse in Kungsbacka. In the judgment, it is referred to as "an almost professionally arranged cultivation located in a purpose-built premises."

Special equipment such as lamps, fans and irrigation systems had been installed in the room. When it comes to cannabis cultivation, one man is convicted of serious drug crime and the other for assisting in serious drug crime.

196 cannabis plants were seized

The strike was made before the summer after a time trial against one of the men, who was suspected of selling drugs in the Kungsbacka area.

A total of 196 cannabis plants were seized. The plants are estimated to have been able to generate nearly 50 kilos of finished drugs.

One of the men makes some concessions but disputes that the crime should be seen as gross, the other man denies the crime.
