The Dubai Criminal Court has sentenced a public employee to three years in prison, forcing an Asian visitor to sign a trustee receipt for an Asian businessman, after he took the victim in his government vehicle and carried him to the second defendant. Business three years and dimensions.

According to investigations carried out by the Dubai Public Prosecution, the businessman asked his friend (public servant) to bring the man to him using his public job, due to financial differences between the victim's father and the second defendant. The criminal court convicted the Asian businessman of forcing the victim to sign a custody receipt and sentenced him to three years in prison and deportation.He also sentenced the public official to disclose public secrets, illegally arrest the victim, and referred him to the Misdemeanor Court for trial on other charges.
