Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov signed a decree on the introduction of mourning in connection with a fire at the Odessa College of Economics, Law and Hotel and Restaurant Business. The text of the document is published on his Facebook.
“To declare December 5, 6, 2019 the days of mourning in the city of Odessa,” it says.
On December 4, a fire broke out in the college building. According to the latest data, 26 people were injured, including 11 minors. Also, one woman died in the hospital.
