The canceled trips mean that the school slides to schools in and around Katrineholm are greatly affected.
According to Katrineholm Municipality's website, school activities are conducted as usual and the students who, due to the canceled school slides, are unable to get to the school should not receive an invalid absence.
On the municipality's website, guardians are urged not to embark on the roads to drive their children because of the risk of further traffic problems.
