“A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of Russia "Violation of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles" due to the circumstances of an accident that occurred in the Bogucharsky district, "the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement.
