The Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, said that the establishment of Dubai is working according to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to achieve happiness and satisfaction of people and ensure a better future for them to be a state.
