According to him, the draft communiqué is “not quite ambitious” and “very cautious.”
Also, the Ukrainian minister said that according to the draft, the leaders of the Norman-format countries “note successful breeding in three sites and suggest identifying the following breeding points.”
“Leaders note the successful exchange that took place, and offer to expedite the work on the next stage of the exchange, including the idea of everyone at all. Further, leaders demand to determine the following areas for mine clearance, and so on, ”he said about the content of the proposed resolution.
He also emphasized that the draft does not deal with changing the order or content of the Minsk agreements.
