Nine unions currently stand behind the negotiation petition filed with the region last Friday.
"You have not allowed trade unions with whom you have a collective agreement to participate in and influence the procurement," says Knut Bodin, chairman of the Saco Council.
With this, Region Uppsala is considered to have violated the Co-determination Act and the Work Environment Act, according to Knut Bodin.
SVT has been in contact with Region Uppsala who declined to comment on the matter before the negotiation with Saco has begun.
