He said that the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program is implementing a package of housing projects during the current year, in various areas of the country, ranging from individual dwellings exceeding 11 thousand dwellings, in addition to 2936 dwellings, in four residential neighborhoods under implementation, with the aim of delivering them during the years 2020 and 2021. The total number of housing projects under implementation for the current year is 13,946 houses, noting that the program aims during the next year (2020) to implement 13 thousand 200 houses of individual construction category.

He said that the number of future housing projects expected to be delivered during the period from 2019 to 2025 amounted to 17,873 individual dwellings, with a value of 17.32 billion dirhams, in addition to 5134 houses, among the residential neighborhoods under construction and planning, to the value of future projects of 22.32 billion dirhams.

Al Nuaimi said that the program is currently executing 2936 houses, worth about 3.8 billion dirhams, in four residential districts, including Al Muntazi district in Ajman, which includes 899 houses worth 1.2 billion dirhams.
