The relevant document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
The document says that the list of Russian programs and the list of devices on which they will be installed will be determined by the government.
The law will enter into force on July 1, 2020.
Earlier, the State Duma adopted in the third reading a bill on the preinstallation of domestic software. The Federation Council also approved the bill.
