Alanis Morissette, a Canadian singer whose hits marked the 1990s, released a new song on Monday from her first album in eight years, and announced a tour for 2020.

The 31-date tour, which will begin next June, will mark the 25th anniversary of his famous album "Jagged Little Pill". The singer will also be joined on stage by the American Liz Phair and the group Garbage.

Alanis Morissette, 45, gave a taste of her ninth studio album "Such Pretty Forks in the Road", scheduled for May 1, 2020, with the single "Reasons I Drink".

With his hits "Ironic", "Hand in My Pocket" and "You Oughta Know", "Jagged Little Pill" told the anxieties and frustrations of the youth of the time. He had met with tremendous critical and commercial success.

This album, released in 1995, also inspired a musical that will open this week on Broadway.
