After a lull of a few days, protesters from Hong Kong were called back to the streets this Sunday, December 1, a week after the overwhelming victory of pro-democracy in local elections.

The pro-democracy camp believes it had no response to Sunday's vote, district elections he has largely won . He intends to federate a maximum of support during the peaceful demonstration of the day.

Violence in Hong Kong's Mong Kong District

The objective is to recall the five main demands of the movement, including the abandonment of legal proceedings against protesters, the resignation of the chief executive, universal suffrage or an independent commission of inquiry into police violence.

On the continent, the Chinese media did not give the results

The state of health of the victim is not known. Hospital authorities said three people were taken to hospital Saturday night, after being injured during protests. One came out and the other two are in a stable state.

Chilean Michelle Bachelet accused of interfering in Hong Kong

Also steadfast in the tone of Chinese diplomacy, accusing any taking position on Hong Kong of " external interference " in the affairs of China.

The pro-democracy movement began in June in rejecting a bill to allow extradition to mainland China. It has since been suspended, but protesters have expanded their demands.
