The department said that they did not have information about the requirement of the authorized bodies to remove a forensic expert from work. The Ministry of Health has not received any relevant recommendations.
“At present, the forensic expert carries out his labor activity,” the department said.
Earlier, RT, with reference to a representative of the family of victims, reported the initiation of proceedings against Nasonov.
Later, the Investigative Committee confirmed that the case under Part 1 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of Russia. The investigation also asked the court to remove Nasonov from office.
The accident occurred in July. A six-year-old boy rode a bicycle on a country road where he was hit by a car to death, which was driven by an active police officer.
