01 December 2019The two hikers who crashed during a mountain excursion, on the Maiella, in the Pescara area, died. To note the death was the doctor of 118, intervened on the spot with the helicopter. The Mountain Rescue (Cnsas) and the fire brigade are currently involved in the recovery of bodies. Carabinieri were also present.

Meanwhile, the two excursion companions who launched the alarm were rescued and transported to the hospital. The incident occurred in an extremely inaccessible area called the Rave del Ferro.
