The Secretary of State for the Economy Agnès Pannier-Runacher Friday called on the French to "vote" for the "made in France" and privilege local shops on the occasion of Black Friday.

"I think the French are mature enough to make their choice, but it is true that their act of consumption is likely to move the lines," she said on France 2, pointing out that this choice has "as many force that sometimes the vote in the ballot box ".

"It is very important that the French seize this power," she added. "It is we who will change the world in the way we will consume."

"Consume in the French way, consume made in France, consume at local merchants, it is a service to the economy and it is pleasure.Do not sulk our pleasure," she said.

According to the Secretary of State, it is now a matter of giving the French "tools" to "encourage them to go to more local purchase, at their merchants, and also to the French purchase, the made in France and made in France ".

"It's possible," insisted Pannier-Runacher. "We must accompany the French in this direction and make them desirable," she said, referring to the "exhibition" devoted to products made in France to be held January 18 and 19 at the Elysee.

"The goal is to show in a fun way that we can equip ourselves completely French, that we can get dressed, buy a car and French technology," she detailed.

Each department of metropolitan and overseas will be represented by a product, a total of 101 products, during this weekend when the Elysee will be open to visitors, had announced Thursday the presidency, calling interested companies to apply.
