She noted that the difference between the events in Bolivia and Ukraine is that the former Ukrainian leader Viktor Yanukovych did not leave the country after the United States did not recognize the election.
Zakharova also emphasized that the interim president of Bolivia, Janine Agnes, announced her intention to restore full-format diplomatic relations with Washington.
