A draft law on the day off on December 31 has been submitted to the State Duma

A draft law has been submitted to the State Duma, according to which it is proposed to make December 31 a day off.



This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of one of the authors of the draft law of the head of the State Duma Committee on Labor and Social Protection, Yaroslav Nilov.

It is assumed that December 31 will be a day off if this day is not a holiday, according to the calendar.

The total number of non-working days per year will remain in the same amount as established by the Labor Code.

Earlier, the deputy head of Rostrud, Ivan Shklovets, recalled that the last working week of 2019 and the first week of 2020 will be two-day.
