“We are set to negotiate in any format within the framework of the Norman Four,” TASS quoted him as saying.
Zelensky also said that at a meeting in the Norman format on December 9 in Paris, both multilateral and bilateral meetings of leaders are possible.
“If someone comes to this meeting, who can help us, we are ready for this, too,” the Ukrainian leader added.
Earlier, Russian Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov said that he considered it possible to hold a separate meeting between Russian leader Vladimir Putin and Zelensky at the upcoming summit in the Norman format.
