His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued an order to exempt the UAE nationals from the homeowners in the Abu Hail development project from the remaining loans. He also confirmed that the Department is coordinating the implementation of the exemption procedures for housing loans with Dubai Properties (Wasl), which currently manages the project in Abu Hail, which consists of 390 villas, owned by 600 citizens, at a total cost of 392 million dirhams.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, also ordered the release of 674 inmates of correctional and penal institutions in Dubai on the occasion of the 48th UAE National Day celebrations.
The Attorney General of the Emirate of Dubai, Counselor Essam Issa Al Humaidan, noted that the pardon of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for a number of inmates of correctional institutions in Dubai during religious and national occasions reflects his keenness to give these people a new opportunity to return to their families and families.
