The threat came to SOS alarm at 14.07.

The caller then says that "something should slap". On the other hand, the caller has not made any claim or motive, according to Stefan Dangardt, police spokesman.

The police have blocked the area and the barriers extend to the Plantation, which is a few hundred meters from Ica Maxi.

- We have been informed that "something should be slamming" and we cannot neglect this, we take it very seriously. Now we will investigate what the threat consists of, says Stefan Dangardt.

Civilian police leave at high speed

According to SVT's reporter on site, Jennie Wahlgren, two black civilian police cars have left the scene at high speed with the sirens on. This happened just before 3pm.

Otherwise, it is just so quiet on the spot, she says.

- Both police and fire trucks are in different places. Cars are left in the parking lot, but I don't see any civilians there, only police officers, says Jennie Wahlgren.

- A hamburger restaurant is nearby, at one end of the parking lot, where people still sit and eat, she continues.

Traffic is still rolling on site and you can drive to Vivalla and the City Gross area. However, one cannot turn towards the Ica Maxi stop as a fire truck stands and blocks the road.

Staff and customers feel good

According to Ica's press service, the staff and customers concerned are doing well.

- The staff feels good and we have a good look at all customers and employees. We have routines for this. The bomb threat itself is a police issue, the most important thing for us is that the staff feels good and that the store is evacuated, says Susan Bergqvist, ICA spokesperson.

Parking is blocked off

Shortly after 15 o'clock, the police blocked off the entire parking lot with a barrier.
