“The working groups on economic and humanitarian issues, as well as on security issues have opened the negotiation process in Minsk,” the DNR Foreign Ministry said.
Earlier in Donetsk it was reported that the next meeting of the contact group will be held on November 27.
Darka Olifer, spokeswoman for the representative of Ukraine in Minsk, Leonid Kuchma, said that during the last meeting of the contact group, the last obstacles to the meeting of the leaders of the “Norman Four” were removed.
