The two suspects were taken to Sundsvall on Tuesday after being extradited from Norway to Sweden.

How did the arrest go?

- They have been wanted for a while, and a police patrol in Bodö basically jumped on them and grabbed them briefly. I haven't heard that the arrest should have been dramatic in any way, says Jens Göransson.

- The cooperation with the Norwegian police has been very good. They have been very cooperative, he adds.

The tracks pointed towards Norway

Did you suspect they were in Norway?

- There were some things that pointed to it, yes.

What led police and prosecutors west in the hunt for the suspected murderers, Jens Göransson does not want to go into further detail.

Both men are therefore probably suspected of murder. The 25-year-old woman who has previously been arrested for assisting in the murder is still suspected and remains in custody.

"Have a good picture"

- We have only held preliminary hearings with the two men, and basically only served them suspicion and asked them about their attitude towards the suspects, says Jens Göransson.

- Our picture of what has happened has not changed. We think we have a good picture of what happened.

Is there any connection between the two arrested men and the others involved in this?

- There are links between everyone involved, between the three suspects and also to the victim.

Everyone knew each other

What connections then?

- They already know each other. I don't want to go in anymore. But as we said before, this has happened in a circle of people who were previously acquainted with each other.

The prosecutor has yet to make a decision on the arrest issue. Not later than Friday at twelve o'clock, a detention petition must be submitted to Sundsvall District Court.
