The size of the discount should be presented in the form of a fixed amount and interest, which reduces the cost, follows from the document.
The author of the initiative is Oleg Lebedev, a deputy from the Communist Party faction. According to him, the adoption of the relevant law will provide consumers with the “opportunity to make informed and informed” decisions about the purchase of goods during sales.
