The details of the lawsuit, according to the papers of the case last June, when a woman filed a complaint against the convicted (AA), for insulting it through the social media «Twitter», after a dialogue and discussion on the date of June 13 between a group of The convict filmed the talks and republished them in his account. I was also surprised by one of the fictitious tweeters who wrote abusive phrases on the video conversations themselves, describing them as supporting a terrorist organization, after which the convict republished them on his personal account. The court heard from the complainant, who works in the legal profession, where she confirmed that on 13 June last, there was a discussion between a group of tweeters, in which a debate and controversy on the orientations of one of the tweet according to his views, and when she saw the picture of that person tweet, based on «Time She showed her that this debate is controversial, and she asked in her tweet in general, not to judge people in this way, and that anyone who has evidence of this person must submit to the competent authorities for questioning and investigation until proven or denied.

She added that the defendant, who was among the participants in the discussion, wrote tweets denouncing the speech, and took a picture of the talks and personal image, and commented on them with an abusive tweet, intended to them, and described as a traitor and defend a terrorist organization.

During the proceedings, the defendant offered the public prosecution to apologize to the victim at the FBI, but the victim refused, and demanded a public apology, similar to the public abuse he published, in addition to compensation of 250,000 dirhams, but the defendant refused and asked to refer the case to court.
