Ulrika is knifed at the municipality hall after the social miss

Hear Ulrika tell about when she was assaulted and stabbed outside the town hall in the clip above.

It was on August 29 that Ulrika was attacked by her ex-partner, after writing on a social paper.

The ex-partner was convicted of serious violation of women's rights and had a prohibition on contacting Ulrika, who also reportedly police him for violating it on three occasions.

The reason he knew where she was going was because the social had informed him about it. Lilla Edet municipality has previously made a Lex Sarah report and the event is now being investigated by the Swedish Inspection for Health and Care, IVO. A preliminary investigation into service failures has also been initiated, or violation of the duty of confidentiality at the Prosecutor's Office in Uddevalla.

- Of course, we take a very serious look at what has happened and it is a terrible event. We are now awaiting the investigations that are going on, and then we have to decide on that, says Lotte Mossudd, social manager at Lilla Edet municipality.

The trial against Ulrika's ex-partner begins on Thursday. He denies attempted murder but admits gross abuse.
