Galina Karnyushkina, 62, a resident of Balashikha, is trying to limit her son-in-law, a citizen of Angola, in the parental rights. For almost five years, a woman raised her grandson Daniel after her daughter died of cancer. The boy’s father, Ajeu Borjesh, has not actually participated in the life of the child since his birth. But, having learned about the death of his former common-law wife, the man, by decision of the guardianship authorities, took his son to him. Karnyushkina fears that the biological father mistreats the boy and may take him to Angola. In turn, Borjesh claims that he loves his son, and all talk about his allegedly aggressive behavior is a lie and slander. According to the class teacher of nine-year-old Daniel, the boy is a hostage to the situation, he began to study worse and became isolated.
