“The international rating agency Moody's Investors Service has improved the forecast of the rating of the Ukrainian government from“ stable ”to“ positive ”, confirming the long-term ratings of the issuer and priority unsecured loans of Ukraine at the level of“ Caa1 ”, the statement says.
Earlier, Ukrainian Prime Minister Alexei Goncharuk announced the restoration of confidence in Ukraine in the world, commenting on the change by the international rating agency Standard & Poor's (S & P) of the country's long-term rating.
