"We are saying clearly that anyone who commits crimes, who makes fun of laws, who has committed abuses will not be amnestied," said Saturday, November 23, the interim president of Bolivia, Jeanine Añez.

The latter said it would refuse to promulgate the bill introduced by senators to aministier former Bolivian President Evo Morales.

Friday, the Provisional Government of Bolivia has filed a complaint against the former president he accuses of "sedition" and "terrorism", according to the Minister of the Interior.

Evo Morales, who had chaired Bolivia since 2006, fled to Mexico after being forced to resign on 10 November.
