November 23, 2019 Flooding in Valpolcevera due to the heavy rain that fell particularly between 2 and 4 am: the Fegino and Ruscarolo canals are flooded . Several city streets have been closed and civil protection invites citizens of the areas concerned not to leave the house. In particular, corso Perrone, via Renata Bianchi, via Perlasca, piazza Montano, via Fillak and via Reti in Sampierdarena, via Borzoli, the roundabout towards the bridge and via Ferri, and via SanQuirico, due to flooding.Critical situation also in Teglia and Rivarolo due to flooding. In Certosa flooded the Brin underpass.
Closed the section of A7 Genoa-Milan between Bolzaneto and Busalla in the direction of Busalla due to flooding in the Brazil tunnel.
In Genoa, 19 people were removed from the home as a precaution in Via Rivarolo and Teglia, and found autonomous accommodation.
In progress Perrone four buildings , for a total of 120 people, are isolated due to flooding and a landslide. The Civil Protection communicates this.
