“This step comes within the framework of the ministry's keenness to meet the needs of employers and families in the country, who want to keep those who work in the professions of assisted labor for many years. ».

He explained that «to renew the contracts of more than 60 years of auxiliary labor, to prove the health fitness for carrying out the work assigned to him, according to a certificate issued by the official government authorities, in addition to the requirement of the employer to bear the full financial costs of the medical treatment of the worker inside the state, as well as the requirement The presence of approval from the other competent authorities to continue the establishment of the assistant worker in the State ».

He pointed out that «the renewal of contracts for the target groups is through the following procedures for the renewal of contracts, except the categories of workers and seas, where require special approval by the Ministry, in addition to the three conditions required for the renewal of employment contracts of more than 60 years of assisted labor, due to the nature "The work of these two categories of workers."

Auxiliary employment occupations include: employing a sailor, a guard, a shepherd, a politician, a falcon, a worker, a housekeeper, a cook, a nanny, a farmer, a gardener, a special trainer, a special nurse, a private teacher, a special representative, a special agronomist. , And a private driver.

It is noteworthy that the service centers «Tadbir» provide all the services associated with the assistance labor, where these services include the opening of a file for customers and the issuance of permits and contracts of work, renewal and cancellation and receive reports of discontinuation of work, withdrawal of these communications, and the completion of all official work related to the completion of documents related to the employment of assistance, such as Medical examination, health insurance, identity card and residence.

The services also include receiving assisted labor upon arrival in the country, providing housing for them before moving to their workplace, as well as orienting and educating assistive workers and training them, to ensure balance in the working relationship between the two parties, through a specialized support center in each center and guide customers to know the nationalities. The occupations available are recruited from assistive labor.
