Earlier it became known that about 16 thousand residents were left without heating due to an accident on heating systems.

It was reported that 72 multi-dwelling houses, where about 16 thousand people live, including 4 thousand children, fell into the state of emergency.

Also in the disconnection zone were two schools, a polytechnic college, two kindergartens and three clinics.
