Berlin (dpa) - Two new coaches on a matchday: In the Bundesliga Achim Beierlorzer and Markus Gisdol take for the first time at their new clubs on the bench seat.
Beierlorzer, until recently at 1. FC Cologne, makes his debut at FSV Mainz 05th Gisdol is required as a new coach at the Cologne. Even Achim Beierlorzer does not have an easy opening game with his new club. The former coach from Cologne will host the FSV Mainz 05 on Sunday (18.00, Sky) at 1899 Hoffenheim. The Hoffenheim last five consecutive victories in the Bundesliga.
LÖW-REKORD: Freiburg striker Nils Petersen scored his 82nd competitive goal for the Sport Club in the last match against Eintracht Frankfurt. In the current Bundesliga season, he scored six goals. Before the match at Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday (15.30 clock, Sky) missing the striker only one hit to equalize the club record by Joachim Loew with 83 hits. The national coach played between 1978 and 1989 in several stages for a total of eight years for the Breisgauer.
