Zelensky also said that the ships allegedly lack some weapons and equipment.
According to him, the Ukrainian side will turn to Russia with a request "to return everything that was there."
On November 18, in the neutral waters of the Black Sea, the tugboat Yany Kapu and the small armored artillery boats Nikopol and Berdyansk were handed over to the Ukrainian side.
These ships were detained by Russia in November 2018 for violating the Russian border.
