The Appeal Board of the French Rugby Federation (FFR) has annulled the fine of 400,000 euros imposed on the Montpellier club for exceeding the salary cap during the 2017-2018 season, according to the ruling on Thursday and whose AFP got copy.

On the other hand, the Appeal Commission increased to 100,000 euros, compared to 50,000 euros inflicted at first instance by the specialized section of the National Rugby League (NRL), the fine for "breaches of the transparency obligations" of the club Hérault, which will also have to pay an additional 20,000 euros for revocation of stay.
