Earlier Zelensky announced his intention to turn to Russia because of the loss of equipment from the ships.
On November 18, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced the transfer of the tugboat Yana Kapu and the small armored artillery boats Nikopol and Berdyansk to Ukraine in neutral waters of the Black Sea, which were detained for violating the Russian border in the Kerch Strait in November 2018.
