“The audit established that the development of the alluvial gold deposit was carried out in violation of the adopted design decisions,” the agency’s website said in a statement.
It is specified that these violations have become a possible cause of the destruction of dams, which led to flooding.
“The audit materials were sent to the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use for a decision on the early termination of the right to use subsoil resources,” the text says.
