As noted, on November 20, the police received a message about a domestic conflict in one of the apartments of Rostov-on-Don.
The UK indicated that "the man illegally kept members of his family on the premises."
“In the course of clarifying the circumstances of the incident, it was established that one of its participants was an employee of the investigative department,” the statement emphasizes.
Currently, the employee has been detained and a forensic psychiatric examination will be conducted against him.
The UK emphasized that the department always "promptly and harshly responds to every fact of breaking the law in its ranks."
