Four Emiratis have established a modern café in a residential area in Ajman, specializing in the manufacture of different types of coffee in different flavors.

In order to make the coffee shop an exceptional experience for customers, the project won the 'Youth Efforts' brand, becoming the first café in the emirate to receive the brand, one of the UAE Youth Council's initiatives to recruit young talent.

Abdullah, Ismail, Firouzah Al Marzouqi and Mariam Al Ali, told the story of the establishment of the coffee shop for the UAE Today, saying that they work in the private sector and have always been thinking about establishing a project related to high-end (green) cafes in Ajman, especially since they do not contain modern cafes. “Many citizens and residents can visit and have fun, without being exposed to smoke or annoying.”

"They drew up a plan to open the coffee shop at the lowest cost, so they could make sure the experiment was successful before they expanded the project," they said, noting that they "met and decided to open the coffee shop after a year-long study on costs, space and workers." They added that they opened the coffee shop in March, and they made their own requests to the customers, and then they helped the coffee shop workers in the coffee industry and prepare it, pointing out that the coffee shop was transformed from a coffee shop to an important platform and a modern venue for the official meetings of some government departments in Ajman. And organizing workshops for college students, because of its quiet location, and its simple, innovative decor. ”

They pointed out that «they faced many challenges before the opening of the cafe, most notably the search for manpower expert in this area, but they managed to overcome this obstacle».
