For this reason, the holding of the screening meeting on the 21st was postponed, and the future deliberation schedule will continue to be discussed. In response to this, the ruling party has seen that it became difficult for the House of Councilors to vote for and enact the amendment of the referendum law during the current parliamentary session until the 9th of next month.
