The incident occurred while hunting for deer with dogs, writes Le Courrier Picard.

An autopsy showed that she had died of blood loss. The woman had several dog bites on her arms, legs and head, according to prosecutor Frédéric Trinh. Some of the bites were made when she was dead.

Women's dogs have been examined

Police have investigated 93 dogs, including several included in the hunt and the woman's five own dogs.

The woman called her partner and said she saw "threatening dogs". Then it was the partner who found the dead.
